NEW Manix 2custom micarta scale sets! Fits Manix 2 with liners. Scales sets only does not include knife.
- Micarta- is a composite formed from layers of a substrate (cloth, paper, and carbon fiber, to name a few) compressed and set in resin. As a result, micarta is lightweight, strong, dependable, good-looking, stable, and cost-effective.
- Micarta is available in Burlap, Canvas, Coarse Canvas, Linen. Due to the nature of this material no 2 sets are the same. Color and finish will vary. Some sets will be rougher than others. SCALE SET ONLY! Knife not included.

Single Canvas the resin is dyed and not the canvas. Double Canvas the resin and canvas is dyed so they are generally darker since its all the same color.

When you select the color of scales on site the photo shows the color on the bottom is how scales will ship to you and the color on top is the scales oiled. They will eventually darken naturally from your hand oils.

They're good quality, but one scale is lighter than the other with less visible texture. I assume the color will match better as the oils from my hands "patina" the micarta. I feel like I overpaid due to the slight mismatch, but maybe that's just how it is with micarta sometimes. I would've confirmed the set matched a little better if I was the seller. No biggie though.
Received in great condition, packaged very well and received very quickly, would definitely order from them again
