Shipping
- Ripp's Garage Tech LLC is not responsible for lost packages from any shipping provider (USPS, UPS and DHL). What this means is, if the package would be taking a while to get to you, we ask that you contact shipping provider first and talk to them, as well as reach out to us to let us know what they said. We have noticed with the few packages customers have called on usually end up showing up within the next few days. If the package does not show up or is deemed loss, we will then work with you to figure out a solution.

- To protect our customers and our business, if an order is flagged potential fraud, we will automatically cancel the order.
International Shipping: Directly from the the USPS website, international shipping can take anywhere from 6-20 business days.
When shipping international, they will be taken on a case to case basis as some shipments may require additional charges, if that is the case for your order we will reach out to you VIA email to confirm this with you and bill accordingly. INTERNATIONAL Returns and Warranties will also be taken on a case to case basis. Which means you may responsible for shipping the product(s) back.
Returns/Exchanges
- Returns/Exchanges- We accept returns and exchanges. Each return and exchange is handled on a case to case basis.
- Certain custom anodized orders cannot be returned.
